A moderated private request/comment area. All members, upon request, will be given their own totally private space into which they can post/do whatever they like. Aside from journal entries I like a scratch area for composing/posting elsewhere.

Two categories exist: (1) "Public" open to anyone without restriction and (2) "moderated" requiring "approval" via an "invite" or "join request"

All registered Members in general deemed repeatedly disagreeable (ie: outright hostile & abusive) can, as a last resort, be temporarily confined to quarters here. In the further interest of 'pest control' also be advised that the 'Contacts/Friends' & 'Ignore' lists exist in your 'usercp'
